These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of lexarinsulation.com (the "Site"), operated by Lexar Insulation ("Lexar," "we," "us"), 420 Progress Dr., Mattoon, IL 61938. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Lexar products, request a quote, find a dealer, apply to become a dealer, and contact us. Please don't misuse the Site: don't send spam or false information through our forms, try to break or overload the Site, or copy it in bulk.

Product Information

We work to keep product information on the Site accurate, including specifications, R-values, compressive strengths, and study results. This information is for general guidance. Actual results depend on the product chosen, the site conditions, and how it is installed. Follow applicable building codes and the advice of your engineer, contractor, or dealer for your project. Product specifications may change without notice. Lexar products are covered only by the written warranty that comes with them, if any, and not by anything on the Site.

Quotes and Pricing

We don't publish prices on the Site. A quote request is a request for information, not an order or a binding offer. Prices, availability, and delivery are set when you order through Lexar or a Lexar dealer.

Dealers

Dealers listed on the Site are independent businesses. We list them to help you find Lexar products, but we are not responsible for their prices, services, or business practices. Applying through the Site does not make a business a Lexar dealer; dealer approval and terms are agreed separately.

Our Content

The Site and its content, including text, photos, videos, graphics, and the Lexar name and logo, belong to Lexar or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for your own use and to talk about Lexar products, but you may not copy, change, or reuse our content or trademarks for other purposes without our written permission.

Links to Other Websites

The Site links to websites we don't control, such as dealer websites and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lexar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Coles County, Illinois.
